The fad for yoga is actually quite recent in the West whereas it is an art of living and an ancestral practice in the East and more precisely in India.
Yoga as it is practiced and taught here must take into account our culture, our origins, our way of life. Some will approach it as a relaxation practice bringing about a better way of life and others will go deeper into the philosophy and make it an art of living. Both ways are positive. Yoga answers to a need for spirituality, much absent in our way of life. To answer to this deeper need we look more and more to find the meaning of our existence on earth and all the paths that lead us to explore a larger universe.
Meditation is one of the 7arms of Yoga, as described in the Sutras of PATANJALI.
Humanistic hypnosis is the royal way to get initiated to YOGA through modified states of consciousness, to have a glimpse and comprehend we are parts of a whole. That the human being is a microcosm, the image of the wider Macrocosm.
