Desensitization and Reprogramming through Eye Movements.
Every night our brain processes information from the events of the previous day. The former is digested and encoded with all the sensations in one part of our brain. If we take it from a psychological point of view, everything gets stored within the unconscious mind.
This, whether it is a single violent event with a strong emotional impact or everyday situations that make us experience rejection, humiliation, injustice and such in all areas of our lives. Any painful situation can become a cumbersome memory like a burden that we carry. Any situation that resonates with the original event reactivates inadequate and disabling sensations and behaviors.
Let’s try to understand it in a symbolic way. An emotional part crystallized upon a trauma and generated a protective side with limiting beliefs and an associated behavior, to avoid suffering. Therefore,it is necessary to unblock the situation in order to move forward.
How can it be done?
The eye movement treatment unblocks the information and the brain can activate its natural healing system.

This is for everyone from children to adults.

The process
One to two preparatory sessions are necessary to define the memories to be treated.
A session lasts one hour. A memory can sometimes be treated over two sessions.
The treatment session
I ask the person to tell me about the situation and to choose the image, sound, words, sensations that represent the most disturbing moment. The place of crystallization and what one says to oneself when reconnecting to that moment?
Several sets follow, interrupted by a question: “What is it that comes to mind?” The brain works well without analyzing.
Until the image and the sensations will equal to 0.
Then we install new dynamic beliefs with the sensations that are linked to them.
