Cette pratique, qui nous vient d\u2019Inde, y a \u00e9t\u00e9 codifi\u00e9e d\u00e8s le II<sup>e<\/sup> si\u00e8cle avant JC par les yoga sutras de Patanjali. Pour ma part, je pratique et j\u2019enseigne l&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cabinet-hypnose-a-paris.fr\/latha-yoga-reequilibre-le-corps-lesprit-et-les-emotions\/\"><span style=\"color: #c10366;\">atha yoga<\/span><\/a>, qui est une forme plus tardive du yoga, puisqu\u2019il a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9 en Inde vers le XIIe si\u00e8cle. Il s\u2019est \u00e9tendu en Occident au XXe si\u00e8cle.<\/p>\n<p>Cette m\u00e9thode est un compl\u00e9ment pertinent \u00e0 l\u2019hypnoth\u00e9rapie, que j\u2019exerce dans mon cabinet parisien, dans le sens o\u00f9 elle prend en compte l\u2019individu dans sa globalit\u00e9 (corps, \u00e9nergie, mental) et cherche \u00e0 harmoniser ces trois plans en agissant principalement sur le corps \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique. Elle permet ainsi aux personnes qui viennent me consulter et qui connaissent des difficult\u00e9s d\u2019ordre physique ou psychique de mieux se conna\u00eetre et de se recentrer. Sans oublier que le travail sur la respiration y occupe une place centrale en favorisant le d\u00e9veloppement, la circulation et la canalisation de l\u2019\u00e9nergie.<\/p>\n<p>Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, l&rsquo;atha yoga (le soleil \u2013ha- et la lune \u2013tha-) est une recherche de l\u2019\u00e9quilibre et de l\u2019union des oppos\u00e9s pr\u00e9sents dans le corps et le mental, comme la force et la flexibilit\u00e9 ou l\u2019\u00e9nergie et la relaxation. C\u2019est donc une discipline de ma\u00eetrise et de connaissance de soi agissant autant sur le corps que l&rsquo;esprit. Il r\u00e9harmonise et \u00e9panouit toutes les forces vitales de notre \u00catre et permet de se reconnecter \u00e0 l&rsquo;Essentiel, en utilisant des techniques posturales (asanas) combin\u00e9es \u00e0 des respirations (pranayama) et des visualisations, qui permettent d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir un\u00a0\u00e9quilibre psyco-physique<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lors de la pratique de l&rsquo;atha yoga, les diff\u00e9rentes asanas sont, soit statiques, soit dynamiques. Elles permettent de renforcer les muscles et la flexibilit\u00e9, d\u2019am\u00e9liorer le fonctionnement des articulations, des organes internes, le m\u00e9tabolisme, la circulation sanguine, le syst\u00e8me respiratoire et d\u2019\u00e9loigner les tensions.
