For many years now, there has been a great deal of media coverage of therapeutic hypnosis, which can provide solutions to a wide range of disorders by involving the patient’s active participation. In particular, it allows you to deepen your self-knowledge and refocus on what’s essential to move forward in life, by being more aware and attentive to yourself and therefore to others… Thanks to this practice, you can treat eating disorders<\/span><\/a>eating disorders phobias<\/span><\/a> and anything else related to the development of well-being. Nowadays, most people consult a hypnotherapist to improve their mental, physical and emotional health. They want to find a balance between body and mind, and find concrete answers to existential questions (meeting one’s life partner, overcoming unhappiness, finding happiness…). L’humanistic hypnosis<\/span><\/a> is an emerging form of therapy that proposes moving towards a heightened state of consciousness. Thanks to opening induction, the person is no longer asleep, but has a better awareness of things, of themselves and of others. The hypnotherapist, on the other hand, is neutral, no longer making suggestions to act on the unconscious, but rather acting as a guide.
